4. Made-to-Order Production

Most MINISTRY products are manufactured on demand.

MINISTRY reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • product availability issues.

6. Prices

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • shipping method.

The total order price, including taxes and shipping costs, will be shown before the order is confirmed.

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information where available.

MINISTRY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • force majeure events.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes according to local regulations.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • the item must be unused and unwashed

  • the item must be in its original condition

  • the item must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • items returned in a condition that prevents resale

  • items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Additionally, certain MINISTRY products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed. For this reason, customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse are accepted only if the customer covers the return shipping costs and the item meets the conditions described above.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number

  • photos of the product

  • description of the issue.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • replacement

  • refund

  • or another appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Address

Return shipping instructions will be provided by email after a return request has been approved.

Customers should not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
