REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

1. RETURN REQUESTS ARE A RED FLAG
Loyal citizens do not request returns. Any individual filing for a refund or exchange may be flagged as a disruptive element and reviewed for potential re-education.
2. RETURNS
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged due to Ministry error. All claims must be submitted within 21 days of receipt. Evidence (photographic or video) must accompany your request, along with a written declaration of loyalty.
Returns due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ideological disagreement are not permitted. Obedience includes knowing your size.
3. EXCHANGES
MINISTRY does not support exchanges unless explicitly authorized by the Directorate of Uniformity. Any garments returned without permission will be considered an act of insubordination.
4. PROCEDURE FOR APPROVED RETURNS
If your request is accepted:
You will receive instructions via encrypted communiqué.
The item must be returned unused and in original condition, with original propaganda intact.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless otherwise decreed.
5. RE-EDUCATION LIST
Multiple return requests may result in your inclusion on the Re-education Candidate List. Your IP, purchase history, and behavioral patterns may be logged for future inspection.
6. GIFTS
When Loyal individuals mishap and make sizing mistakes, they gift MINISTRY™ garments to others, contributing to the spread of uniformity. Refunds for gifted items are not permitted.
